Pressed Wood Decor

Pressed wood is a stable alternative to softwoods where stability is essential. Pressed woods like MDF offer stability that untreated softwoods lack due to moisture absorption. Pressed wood such as plywood's that use glued layers of veneer of superior strength than wood of the same thickness. Pressed woods have their superior strengths, but also have their weaknesses such as inferior durability when exposed to the outdoor elements. As such, we do not suggest exposing product that use pressed wood to the outdoor elements.
