SIZE DISCREPANCIES

Customers are responsible for inputting the correct sizing for the range selected. If the customer selects a range such as: 34 High x 44.1 - 48" Wide, then inputs 48 3/4" wide or 36" Tall the customer will be responsible for paying the cost difference in the price of the gate and the shipping before the item will be shipped.

HOW TO MEASURE

• Measure the exact width of your installation area (opening) with precision.
• Determine your ideal height, keeping in mind potential obstructions and allowing for 1/2" clearance at the top and bottom of the gate.
• Simply provide us with the exact width measurement – we'll take care of the rest! No need to add extra for clearance. Just ensure there are no obstacles that could interfere with your gate's functionality.

THE MOCKUP PROCESS

We provide detailed mock-ups for all CUSTOM and PERSONALIZED orders via internal Messages (or email). If we don't hear back from you within 48 hours, we'll assume you're thrilled with the design and proceed with production. Remember, in such cases, we can't be held responsible for any errors, so be sure to give your mockup a thorough once-over!

We're proud to offer free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States for our standard gate configurations. However, due to the unique nature of custom products and ever-increasing shipping costs, additional shipping charges may apply for orders outside our standard sizes or shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
